Melissa Hurd, 17 years travel experience Graduated from The Boyd School of Business and Travel in Pittsburgh with a certificate in business and travel/tourism. Specialties include Cruises, Mexico, Caribbean, and Family

Eric

Eric and his family live in Hambden and he has been an outside sales agent for Travel Encounters since April 2005. He enjoys vacationing with his family going on many cruises, several all-inclusives, Las Vegas, several trips to Disneyland and Disney World. These experiences can help other famlies plan the perfect getaway from Cleveland. Disney Cruises and All-Inclusives to Mexico are his personal favorites for his family.

Robin

Robin has graduated from the College of Knowledge with Disney Vacations and recieved certification with Royal Caribbean & Holland America. Princess cruises has awarded her the rank of Commodore and she is a North American travel specialist. She has been in the travel industry in Ohio for 13yrs and has lived in Germany for 4yrs.
